Three Start-ups That Are Connected In Some Crazy Way

Beta, Web 2.0

These three start-ups are actually connected in some abstract way.

Allow me to explain.

First we have to gather the family. “The modern family is finding it increasingly difficult to stay organized. With both parents working full-time jobs and children with just as hectic schedules, staying in-step with each other is a daunting task.” According to famFridge they will bring families closer together through technology. There are no more details, they do have a blog with a few family tips, but nothing on the famFridge-project. I signed up for the newsletter so lets see what happens. (Oh and notice The Official Web 2.0 desing on the page and the blog )

Now that we are all together we can move on to cooking dinner. Rouxbe [roo-bee] - To transform life in the kitchen. This is an interesting project, which is still in beta. Rouxbe is an online recipe book, nothing new in that, except Rouxbe has instructional cooking videos that walks you step by step through the recipe. The first 30 days are free.

The recipes are all healthy of course, but still there is always room for improvement therefore I bring you Primecondition.com. On Primecondition you create your own excercise program through some simple drag and drop. For instance 20 crunches, 10 bench press, 20 shoulder press and some cardio. If you have a PRO-account you can upload your own mp3 tracks or you can use Prime condition’s own. Now the site generate a workout program for you complete with music and narration. You download it and is ready to go (or run). Primecondition.com is currently in a closed beta, but you can sign up.
