July 21, 2008
I’m about to start season 3 of Show Me Your Desktop, but as any good interviewer I spent quite some time researching.
In my “research” I contacted Scott Beale from Laughing Squid. I wanted to interview him. This is what he replied.

The twittermania continues. “Every time a bell rings, a new twitter service gets it’s wings” - You may use this quote freely.
It’s almost impossible to keep track of all the new twitter services that are constantly launched. I’ve created a list of the most recent services.
The list goes from Tweetmarks and spamplets to Hiimok and HappyTwitDay.

9 Reasons Why Blogging Is Just Like Playing World Of Warcraft
June 18, 2008
I’ve had this post in my head for quite some time. I’m not sure if it will work, but I have to get it out of my head. I tried stabbing my brain with Q-tips, but it doesn’t help anymore.
Statement: Blogging is just like a massively multi player online game, it could be World of Warcraft, Everquest 2, Eve Online or one of the many other MMOs out there.
That’s quite a bold statement some might say. Oh yeah? Allow me to explain. Read more

FIFA 09 News Launched But Which Ads Should I Show?
June 16, 2008
Last year’s successful launch of FIFA 2008 News inspired me to try again this year. Through hard work and a lot of viral marketing (commenting on blogs and forum participation) I managed to make FIFA 2008 News one of the major FIFA blogs.
I’ve moved the entire blog to FIFA2009News.com and redirected the traffic to the new site as well. I’m really looking forward to this.
I just love the smell of a new blog in the morning… Read more

Twitter Alternatives - Plurk Or Pownce
June 6, 2008
It’s no surprise that twitter can be a bit unstable from time to time. Twitter is probably the only service I know that’s almost more down than it’s up, and still have a loyal fan base and increase it’s number of users.
But what are the alternatives?
There are a lot of similar micro-blogging services out there, but can they replace twitter? Read more

In the nature of this blog’s name I’ve gathered a bunch of applications and services, that are in beta.
- StumbleRank - Are you one of the top stumblers? You can add yourself and see who has the most followers. Rank is calculated on number of fans and reviews.
- Spanning Sync 2.0 - Sync your Gmail contacts with your Address Book and your Google Calendar with iCal. This is Mac only. Remember to back up your Gmail and Google Calendar first.
- Twine - Let’s you network with people who share your interests and hobbies. I have 30 Twine invitations. Let me know if you are interested.
- Evernote - Capture information with whatever device you have at hand. It doesn’t support Firefox 3 yet, so I haven’t tried the browser version. Evernote only supports Windows Mobiles too. No Linux support either, so not completely sure about the sales pitch. Let me know if you want an invite.

A Day In The Life Of Twitter
May 30, 2008
This is only my second video, so please be gentle.
Using summize.com I’ve gathered some of the tweets from desperate, disappointed or even angry twitterers after twitter.com’s nasty downtime last Wednesday.
Which program and on which hardware I made the video is not important, at least not now, but it’s a part of my quest for the Apple. Read more
