junior-linking-rings.JPGBased on my recent interview with Leo Babauta from zen habits, I’ve found several new sites that help you keep stay fit, healthy, productive and motivated.

Runner+ - It´s a well put together database for all things dealing with running. Runner+ is the social network for runners. There are all kinds of tools to help you track and improve your running. You can log in your stats and they can be downloaded in Excel format, or you can see them in a bunch of different charts, or you can compare them to the stats of your friends for a little friendly competition.

Goalmigo - This site will help you keep track of all your goals. Once you’ve registered simply jot down your goals (quick description, title) and the date by which you’d like to accomplish them. Goalmigo will send out an email to supporters who’ll help you achieve those goals. Goalmigo is certainly a good idea, and it’s got a robust infrastructure to match. Members are given ample support and there are many possibilities to express it—video, comments and the like. The interface is clean and organized.

Voo2do - advanced task and priority management for busy, ambitious individuals. There is an incredible amount of information explaining how to use the site functions and what they help accomplish as part of your time management program. It is amazing that only one person put together this whole site. Voo2do is a comprehensive tool that allows you to see your to-do lists at a glance, view and edit tasks, write notes on your tasks, organize and categorize tasks/projects, review deadlines and your history, and assign and publish tasks.

Gimme20 - Getting healthier. Together. A free fitness tracking tool and social fitness community, is helping people achieve their fitness goals. You can then track your progress with these work outs and can even use your phone at the gym to submit your stats once you finish each set, so that you can keep track of everything and check it all out when you get home. Getting fit and losing weight are some of the biggest money making niches out there. They are averaging 50,000 pages views per month

Funpiper - How was your weekend?. Tell the world about your trip to the flea market, your miniature film festival, your tea party. Whatever it is you do on the weekends. It’s light blogging with a specific focus. All the interesting tidbits which one reveals little by little end up being quite fascinating.

I had used Voo2do for a while and found it to be great, though the interface seemed a little dated. Then I found http://RememberTheMilk.com/

Not saying that you should give up Voo2do, but here is another option to evaluate :)

FunPiper comes on the lines of Twitter. I am not sure which way its gonna go but idea seems interesting. If these guys could innovate further, they could click.

Ah yes of course. I forgot (oops) about rememberthemilk, their interface is much better than voo2do, maybe a little more web 2.0ish and not so HTMLish (90s) as voo2d0. Thank you for reminding me.

Remarkable username ;) Yeah FunPiper is very Twitterlike, but with a niche, only weekends and as you say they need to stay focused and innovate further, then hopefully we will see more of them.

Got something to say?
