I've isolated my problem also be caused from the WordPress Database Backup plugin at http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup . I'm asking what you updated in this backup plugin to fix your problem? Can you post your changes so others with this problem can resolve it and get their's running? As I mention in the post it is the Backup-plugin that caused the error. You should recheck all your plugins and make sure they are up to date. If that still doesn't work, then you have to deactivate your plugins one at a time and see if that helps.
